About Rachel

A coach who understands both the boardroom and the inner world

With more than 30 years in corporate environments, Rachel knows what it looks like to be successful on the outside while quietly navigating self-doubt on the inside.

She holds an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy — combining evidence-based frameworks with practical, deeply human insight.

Over time, Rachel became fascinated by a question she saw repeated everywhere: why do so many capable, accomplished women still doubt themselves? That question shaped the work she does today — helping women understand what's really going on beneath the surface, so they can stop holding themselves back and start trusting what they already know.
