Free Live Online Workshop
Breaking through your inner glass ceiling
This live 90-minute workshop is for ambitious women who know they are capable of more, but can still find themselves second-guessing, holding back, overthinking, or not fully trusting their own judgment in the moments that matter.
It's not about becoming more confident on the surface. It's about understanding the hidden patterns underneath, so you can feel more grounded, clear, and free in how you move forward.

You may already know you are capable. But something still seems to hold you
You hesitate before speaking up
You overthink decisions you were actually qualified to make
You hold back in difficult conversations
You work hard, but still feel unseen or under-recognized
You replay conversations afterwards
You doubt your own judgment
You say yes when you really mean no
You know you have more to offer, but do not always show up as fully as you could
If that feels familiar, you are not alone, and there is nothing wrong with you.
These patterns can be understood.
Inside the workshop
A new lens for seeing the invisible internal patterns that affect how capable women think, feel, and behave at work.
Insight into hidden patterns
An exploration of the internal dynamics shaping your confidence, communication, and decision-making — often without you realizing.
Space to reflect on how these patterns may be showing up in your own professional life, with clarity rather than judgment.
An experiential element
A short guided exercise, including a hypnosis-informed element, designed to help you begin relating to yourself differently.
A calmer way forward
Leave with a clearer, more grounded way of relating to yourself in the moments that matter most at work.

This is not a motivational talk or a list of tips. It is a reflective, experiential session grounded in psychology and real human behavior.
Rather than performing confidence, you will be invited to understand what is actually happening internally — the patterns shaping how you show up, hold back, and relate to your own abilities.
Many women describe feeling quietly relieved when they hear others name the same internal experiences they have been carrying privately. There is something powerful in realizing you are not the only one — and that what you have been experiencing has a shape, a logic, and a way through.
This workshop is designed to help you feel seen, understood, and clearer about what has been quietly influencing you.

She holds an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy — combining evidence-based frameworks with deeply human insight.
Over time, Rachel became fascinated by a question she saw repeated everywhere: why do so many capable, accomplished women still doubt themselves? That question shaped the work she does today — helping women understand what's really going on beneath the surface, so they can stop holding themselves back and start trusting what they already know.
