About Sarah
Sarah has a Level 3 personal training qualification.

About Rachel
She holds an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy — combining evidence-based frameworks with practical, deeply human insight.
Over time, Rachel became fascinated by how perimenopause can have such as devastating impact on some women, both from a health point of view and the pyschological impact. Rachel is keen to empower women to take back control and to live a strong, healthy and happy life.
